Returns Policy

General Return Guidelines

 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom orders, personalized items, and limited edition prints are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Any item returned without meeting the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Art Prints

 

1. Damage During Shipping:

• If your art print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage along with your order number to expedite the resolution process.

• Damaged prints will be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund, depending on stock availability.

2. Returns for Art Prints:

• Art prints returned for reasons other than damage or defect may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Clothing

 

1. Sizing Issues:

• If your clothing item does not fit, we are happy to offer a size exchange if an alternative size is available. Please ensure the item has not been worn or washed.

• For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility.

2. Damages or Defects:

• If your clothing item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Return an Item

 

1. Initiate the Return:

• Contact me at iodoconcept@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If possible, include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

​

2. Pack and Ship:

• Pack your item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging if the original is not available).

• Ship the item using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

​

3. Refunds:

• Once I receive and inspect the item, I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
